Processing Time

All in-stock items will be processed and posted within 3 business days of purchase.

Custom orders, remakes or made-to-order pieces may take longer depending on material availability and order complexity. This information will either be included in the product listing or discussed during your custom consultation.

Shipping Within Australia

I ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping applies to every order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. However, if your parcel is lost, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
