Refund policy
Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that are faulty or damaged.
Please note this does not cover general wear and tear or tarnishing/fading of plated jewellery.
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, I am happy to offer a repair, replacement or full refund. To do so:

Email salty_gypsy@outlook.com with photos of the issue.

Once received, your jewellery will be assessed.

If fault or damage is confirmed, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Proof of purchase is required
While this isn’t covered under warranty, I'm always happy to discuss repairs or replacement parts.This can be done via email, over instagram or via the 'contact' link in the website's main menu.
